Founder & Co-President
Evariste Exposito
Architect/Director of Operations
Evariste Exposito is an architect and urbanist graduated from the EPFL (Lausanne, Switzerland). He is interested in the production process of the built fabric at all scales. This process was addressed in his master’s thesis. He advocates a contextualised, pragmatic and ambitious architecture that must find coherence at all scales. This vision was built up during his various academic projects - in particular during his master’s degree in urban project - and his professional experiences.
Evariste is currently working as an architect and construction manager for BERIC Group in Geneva. He is also involved in a collective of reflection on the evolution of the architectural profession in the current context of the ecological and energy transition.

Associate/Administration council
Maximilien Stern
Architect/Director of partnerships
Maximilien Stern is an architect graduated from the master of EPFL (Lausanne, Switzerland) with a minor in Management, Technology, & Entrepreneurship . This specialization has got him to write different research projects about Circular Economy, the cable transport industries in urban areas, and the governance of a worlwide construction company. He is interested in the interdisciplinarity of design processes for the built fabric at all scales and the participatory aspects design processes can include thanks to different new technologies (AR/VR/XR, and parametric design). Those subjects were adressed in his master's thesis alongside mobility, biodiversity and densification. He advocates an architecture for the environment serving not only humans. In his academic projects he developped strong conceptual and hedonistly ecological approachs across different academical projects.
Maximilien is currently working as an independent architect, consultant and artist in Geneva.

Associate/Administration council
Leslie Faisan
Architect-Urban Strategist/Research Team
Leslie Faisan is an architect and urban designer. She strives to incorporate sustainable strategies and a multi-scalar approach to her design practice. She is experienced and strongly interested in urban metabolism, large-scale framework plans, mixed-use districts, and high-density environments.
Leslie’s skillset includes all phases of planning, from initial site analysis and program development to final masterplan and guidelines for implementation. She also matured a thorough understanding of prospective planning and uses scenario thinking and design fiction as tools to generate new possibilities and yield solutions that can stand the test of time.
Leslie is currently working as an urban/strategist designer at Patriarche in France, where she maintains a multi-disciplinary practice by regularly collaborating with specialists beyond her field of knowledge. She holds an MSc in Architecture from EPFL (Lausanne, Switzerland) with a specialization in Management, Technology, and Entrepreneurship.

Sarah Margueret is a geologist, data manager who works for the digitalisation of energy industries.
She studied geology and graduated as an exploration geologist in oil & gas. As she grew an interest in energy transition during her studies, she managed to do two internships in deep geothermal energy, in exploration and research and did an exchange semester in Indonesia to learn more about this domain. After graduating she worked as a product owner on a geoscience software, allowing her to discover the world and challenges of digitalisation in geosciences. After obtaining a specialized master diploma in Data Management, she is now a quality engineer on mining softwares at Dassault Systèmes.
Sarah loves sciences and is very curious by nature. She loves learning and discovering many domains. Through time, she has worked to integrate consumption sobriety into her daily life and is interested to work for energy efficiency & sobriety applied to any domain that could be improved.

Nada Bousseta is graduated in July 2021 as an HES architect from HEPIA, Geneva. Since then, she has been able to apply the knowledge she acquired and deepen it in the professional area, working for a renowned architecture firm in Geneva. She is planning to continue studying with a master’s degree in architecture, landscape design or urban design and potentially specialized in the field of territory to broaden her architectural vision.
She believes that the decisions taken during the architectural design and the urban development in general, have a big role to play on the environmental planning which will keep on getting more and more traction during the coming years. It seems important to focus more on these points to best meet social, economic, and especially environmental needs. Ambitious and daring by nature, she also adapts and learn easily from any situations in which she can’t stop challenging herself.

André Hacher
Financial responsible
André Hacher holds a BA in International Relations, a MA in Heterodox Economics and is co-manager at Easylight Sàrl, which provides lighting solutions and devices for indoor and outdoor applications.
Intellectually, is interested in the history of finance, comparative financial systems and how they relate to and impact on other realms of society, such as our collective capacity to finance sustainable activities on a large scale.
At Easylight, he wants to harvest the potential of light to pursue sustainable goals as well as enhance human well-being both at work and at home. Light represents 12% of total energy consumption in Switzerland. Optimized lighting systems can save up to 90% of energy. Also, light and health are deeply intertwined via circadian rhythms. Adapted lighting systems can enhanced human health, well-being and productivity.
Currently, he is preparing a PhD on the interpenetration of the Swiss financial system and the global shadow banking system.
